Force to (re)install Windows 10 on Windows 7/8

1) Install all available Windows updates.

2) Clean directory: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

3) Run the command prompt as an administrator.

4) Type in command: wuauclt.exe /updatenow

5) Go to your: Control Panel => Windows Update

6) Windows 10 should start (re)downloading from scratch.
